Tasting Notes
- Appearance
- Deep bronze
- Nose
- Cherry brandy and chocolate with blackberry vines, wild figs and Highland Toffee.
- Palate
- Burst of brambles and ripe sultanas
give way to Seville orange
and roasted chestnut.
- Conclusion
- Baked apple and damson plum linger with chocolate walnut
and whipped cream.

Tasting Notes
- Appearance
- Deep tawny gold.
- Nose
- Sandalwood, oak balsam and richly aromatic colombian coffee, with dark manuka honey, cocoa and Brazil nut.
- Palate
- Like sipping velvet, with mocha, caramel macchiato and cherry chocolate cake, layered with dates, plum skin and sultana.
- Conclusion
- Savour the exceedingly long finish of espresso coffee and cocoa, with
traces of liquorice and cherry tobacco.

Tasting Notes
- Appearance
- Deep copper
- Nose
- Cocoa, liquorice root and baked orange on a base of sultana bread and crème brûlée.
- Palate
- Treacle toffee and raisin-filled toasted brioche crescendo to baked apple and bramble pie, butterscotch and star anise.
- Conclusion
- Layers of richly roasted malt, and a lingering dark chocolate, espresso finish.

Tasting Notes
- Appearance
- Chestnut bronze.
- Nose
- Mocha, apricot and baked orange chocolate cake, with roasted almond, walnut and raisin on a base of aromatic toasted oak.
- Palate
- Richly spiced fruitcake with nectarine, dark cherry and honeyed sultana.
- Conclusion
- Lingering ripe apricot layered with ginger jam and indulgent caramelised date.
